If you are unable to receive Holy Communion at a Latin Mass, indult for any reason internally or externally such as the previously consecrated hosts of novus ordo priests at an indult these prayers can be said. Say them more during the week at a Latin Mass or indult if it is offered or use the missal in Latin or English to do the Mass though you cannot be at a church that it is officially being said.Spiritual Communion

Come, King of Kings, and make me obedient to Your holy will. Come, loving Savior, and make me meek and humble. Come, Friend of the Sick, and heal the infirmities of my body and the weakness of my soul. Come, Good Shepherd, my God and my All, and take me to Yourself. O most holy Mother, Mary Immaculate, prepare my heart to receive my Savior. Amen.
